If you use our Document QR feature to convert a PDF, JPG, or PNG file into a QR code, the file you upload is stored temporarily using a third-party cloud storage provider (Supabase) so that the QR code has something to link to. This is different from our text-based QR types (such as Website, WhatsApp, or Location), which never require us to store any file or data.
Uploaded files are automatically deleted after 30 days. Until then, the file is accessible to anyone who has the QR code or its underlying link — the link is not private or access-restricted. Please do not upload files containing sensitive personal information, financial details, or anything you would not want to be publicly accessible during that period.
We do not access, review, or use the contents of uploaded files ourselves. They exist solely to power the QR code you generate.
Information collected is used only to improve website performance, user experience, and functionality.
